Competitive volleyball is organized volleyball played at a higher level, where the focus is on performance, rankings, and winning, rather than just casual play or learning the basics. It's for athletes who are serious about improving their skills, competing in tournaments, and committing to a structured, high-level team environment.

Tournaments start the first week of January and will end in April for FBVC. There are tournaments that go out until June, but those will cost an additional $100 to play in them. All tournaments will be on the weekends. Tournament days are exciting, fast-paced, and require a full-day commitment from both athletes and families. Early start times - Teams need to arrive as early as 7:30 AM. End times are never specific. Please be prepared to be at the event for 12 hours. Athletes are expected to: Stay with the team for the entire duration Support teammates between matches Be ready to play at all times Parents should be prepared for: A full-day time commitment Travel (some tournaments may be out of town) Bring food, drinks, and essentials for the day Schedules are released 10 days before each tournament.
