About Us
Fayetteville Brawlers Volleyball Club was built on discipline, accountability, and relentless effort. Our culture emphasizes hard work, respect, and unity. We create an environment where athletes are challenged to grow, are resilient in the face of adversity, and are empowered to compete with confidence. No excuses. No shortcuts. No entitlement. We train with intention, compete with edge, embrace pressure, and push past limits, because that’s where growth happens. We teach leadership and communication. To be a Brawler, every athlete is expected to bring energy, focus, and a team-first mindset. This is earned, not given.

The Fayetteville Brawlers operate with one competitive team and a developmental program by design—not limitation.
We are a youth development organization first, and a business second. Every decision we make is driven by what is best for our athletes—not by maximizing roster spots or revenue. FBVC was just a thought two years ago, an idea that quickly sprouted into a clear vision when athletes and parents kept coming back for training with Coach Tamara.
As a Head Coach of Carolina Evolution's developmental program, Coach Tee trained over 60 athletes for two consecutive years, with 40% of those athletes earning spots on their school teams and competitive travel teams. She also led three recreational teams to playoffs and championship finals through disciplined practices and structured, intentional coaching. With over five years of coaching experience, Coach Tee rediscovered her passion for the game when her daughter developed an interest in volleyball at just 11 years old in 2021. Since then, she has committed herself to mastering modern volleyball training and development.
Being an Army veteran, she brings a culture of discipline, accountability, team cohesion, and camaraderie. No athlete is left behind. Because of this foundation, we know our athletes. We know our families. We build real relationships. There is no “lost in the crowd” here, every player is seen, coached, and developed with purpose. Our structure allows us to give each athlete the highest level of attention, accountability, and investment. Development is not a side offering—it is the foundation of everything we do.
As the game evolves, so do we - quickly and intentionally - ensuring our athletes are always learning, growing, and competing at the highest level they can achieve. We don’t aim to be the biggest club. We aim to be the most impactful.

Our mission at FBVC, is to develop disciplined, confident, and mentally tough volleyball athletes through high-performance training, competitive exposure and a culture rooted in accountability, effort, and growth. We are committed to providing a supportive environment where athletes build character, learn teamwork and perseverance. With mentorship and extensive training, we strive to shape, not only better athletes, but great young people who will positively impact the community and their families.
